As Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Owner, Tom guides the vision, mission, and strategic thinking of Infinity. He has over 25+ years of executive experience in sales, direct marketing, and program development. Tom is recognized as a leader in inside sales execution and methodologies and is primarily focused on industry leadership, expansion strategies, channel relationships, and new company capabilities. Tom was named one of the TOP 25 Influencers in the inside sales industry by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals in 2017, along with Innovator of the year for 2017. Tom earned an MBA with top honors from Arizona State University, and a BBA from the University of Iowa.
As President, Jay is responsible for providing strategic leadership and clear direction to insure company alignment and growth. As the company continues to innovate in the sales industry, Jay works closely with the CEO to provide the long-term vision and direction of Infinity. Jay assures that all business units are aligned to provide the best results for Infinity’s clients, with an eye on continued growth and innovation. Jay has over 20 years in sales and management experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Infinity, Jay held various leadership roles within the automotive and telecommunications industries. Jay earned a BS in Journalism from Michigan State University.
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Greg oversees financial operations and business analytics functions at Infinity. Greg has more than 30 years of experience in project management, process engineering, IT strategy, data architecture, business analysis, and IT leadership. He also holds certification in business process engineering and project management. His experience spans industries such as employee benefits, environment services, and customer contact. Greg earned a BA in Chemistry from Amherst College
VP Sales Execution
As Vice President of Sales Execution, Matt leads sales execution, strategy, and operations across the organization. Matt has 15 years of sales, management, and directorial experience. Matt has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing, award-winning sales teams. Matt’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, as well as, his sales and operational leadership. He thrives on driving performance and challenges that expands the Infinity’s reach and exceeding our clients’ expectations. Matt has a BA in Telecommunication, Communications from Michigan State University.
Director of Marketing & Partnerships
As Director of Marketing & Partnerships, Janet leads in the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication and Infinity’s channel partner program. Janet has 13 years of experience in marketing and communication for data-driven products and services and has led strategic marketing, market research, campaign development, internal communications, and content marketing teams. Janet has a MS in Journalism and a BS in Environmental Chemistry, both from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Director of IT and Facilities
As Director of Information Technology and Facilities, Carrie leads the network, database, software development, and facility groups for Infinity. She leverages process, communication, and strategic planning while driving policies, priorities, documentation, process, and innovation. Carrie has more than 15 years of experience in information technology fields. Her experience spans health care and sales agency industries. Carrie earned her BBA degree in Finance and Accounting and a BBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa.
Senior Business Development Manager
As Sr. Business Development Manager, Mario builds long-lasting relationships between Infinity and America’s most-admired B2B brands. Mario works with sales and retention leaders to adopt Infinity’s Buyerlytics® methodology to help organizations increase inside sales and service efficiencies and achieve new levels of success. Mario has 8 years of experience consultative sales, including 4 in technical & transactional sales and 4 in digital marketing & advertising. Mario has a BA from Albion College with a dual concentration in Anthropology & Sociology.
Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager with Infinity, Tyler helps leaders at mid-market and enterprise-level companies to identify opportunities to drive campaign efficiencies and achieve a New 100% revenue target. Tyler has 8 years of experience in consultative sales and leadership, including 6 years in execution of acquisition and retention campaigns for technical products and 4 years in customer service team management. Tyler earned a BBA degree from Western Michigan University, studying advertising and promotion, and sports marketing.
