This month, Infinity began operations in a new facility in the Detroit metro area. The facility will initially add 50+person capacity to Infinity with an additional 100+ capacity increase planned by the end of 2018. This location will focus on serving business-to-business clients.

The new facility in Southfield, Michigan, has multiple training and coaching spaces, as well as enhanced video conferencing capabilities. Sales programs at the facility will focus on high-value products with one to four month consultative sales cycles.

With the addition of the Southfield office, Infinity has three US locations with 500+ account executives supporting dozens of products for the automotive, software, digital services, and financial services industries. Infinity campaigns touch the entire customer life cycle and include customer acquisition, retention, and account management services.

This fall, the company is hiring more than 25 full-time and part-time sales and retention professionals at its Cedar Rapids headquarters and adding more than 100 jobs in its Metro-Detroit offices.

This growth comes on the heels of the company rebranding in 2016, in which Infinity transformed into a data-driven sales agency.

Infinity Announces Jay Davey as President

On June 16, Jay Davey was promoted to President of Infinity, Inc. The promotion follows more than four years of tenure at Infinity, serving as Vice President of Sales and then Chief Revenue Officer.

“Jay’s contributions to Infinity have been tremendous and included: client growth, management development, client revenue achievement, strategic planning and culture,” said Tom Leidigh, CEO and Founder of Infinity. “The promotion is well deserved.”

As President, Davey will ensure alignment and integration between all revenue and support related functions within Infinity.

Davey previously had 18 years of sales and management experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Jay Davey earned a BS from Michigan State University in Journalism.
