Infinity, Inc., the sales agency that partners with America’s most-admired brands to Get Customers and Keep Customers, is experiencing rapid growth. This fall, the company is hiring more than 25 full-time and part-time sales and retention professionals at its Cedar Rapids headquarters and adding more than 100 jobs in its Metro-Detroit offices.
This growth comes on the heels of the company rebranding in 2016, in which Infinity transformed into a data-driven sales agency.
“We see this growth as confirmation from the market—the old contact center model is dead. Our clients are looking for a more professional sales solution, and that’s what we’ve been able to offer since our rebranding,” says Infinity CEO Thomas Leidigh.
The new professional sales solution is Buyerlytics®, Infinity’s proprietary methodology that helps clients achieve a higher revenue target. Since launching this new methodology for inside sales and retention, the industry has acknowledged Buyerlytics® as revolutionary, awarding Infinity with 2017 Sales Provider of the Year (Stevie® Awards) and 2017 Innovator of the Year (American Association for Inside Sales Professionals). It was also successful implementation of Buyerlytics® that has led to recent expansions and the current hiring need.
“This is the largest hiring initiative we’ve experienced in our Michigan location since opening up in this market five years ago, and we expect it to continue into 2018,” says Jay Davey, President of Infinity.
Infinity was founded in 1996 as Infinity Contact, a direct marketing company serving the automotive industry. In 2000, Infinity Contact expanded to include business-to-business telemarketing services that focused on selling products to small and medium sized businesses in the automotive, financial, digital, and software industries. In 2015, the organization underwent a rebranding, and emerged in 2016 as Infinity, a professional inside sales agency. Key to the rebranding were a rejuvenation of company culture focusing on energy, excellence, and execution and implementing our proprietary revenue system, Buyerlytics®. Today, Infinity has locations in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Farmington Hills, Michigan. Thomas Leidigh, CEO, has owned and led the company throughout its history.
