This month, Infinity began operations in a new facility in the Detroit metro area. The facility will initially add 50+person capacity to Infinity with an additional 100+ capacity increase planned by the end of 2018. This location will focus on serving business-to-business clients.
“While this location will service a variety of businesses, it is a strategic location for reaching the automotive industry, which has been a key industry for Infinity since the company was founded,” says Infinity President Jay Davey.
The new facility in Southfield, Michigan, has multiple training and coaching spaces, as well as enhanced video conferencing capabilities. Sales programs at the facility will focus on high-value products with one to four month consultative sales cycles.
With the addition of the Southfield office, Infinity has three US locations with 500+ account executives supporting dozens of products for the automotive, software, digital services, and financial services industries. Infinity campaigns touch the entire customer life cycle and include customer acquisition, retention, and account management services.
